State and OM vs Arkansas is always going to be back and forth in the W/L column, except when somebody gets handicapped by an incompetent HC for a stretch. If MS had one SEC program, it would have been dominant over Arkansas for decades with the exception of some games here and there.

The State of Mississippi can still make it happen. Just get rid one one and make it one big University and it will be huge! :)
