I think Dave has it backwards.

We would be cowards NOT to fire RC.

He had a good run but never could take the program to the MUCH NEEDED next level. At some point there must be a change if it continues to stagnate.

I think RC could go on and take another program to never-before-seen levels. He was done at A&M.
