Meant to say high floor low ceiling. The guys that win big either recruit extremely well (Saban, Smart, EO, Freeze) or are great at developing a QB (Mullins, CBP). Pitt is neither of those. Pitt is competent, maybe even good but won't win big here.

This is more of what I was talking about. We just don't know that yet. We only have one year of him being a head coach to judge him by. Not saying you are wrong. I just don't see any evidence that points to this. It feels like a continuation of the "He's a lifetime assistant" critique.
