We aren't sacrificing football to be good at everything else.
The Petrino situation sank us, and we are still digging our way out. If Pittman turns out to be our football Mike Anderson that gets us back to the ability to really compete, I would be happy with that.
In a perfect world, he's the guy and takes us there himself. Either way I feel like he has us pointed in the right direction, but W-L record may not tell the story.

You sure about that? We just extended the lowest paying football contract In the sec another year. We all like pittboss but he’s a low ceiling high floor type of hire. He has incentives In his contact for going 6-6.

I just don’t believe this, if this was still 2016 I’d believe it, but it doesn’t take 10 years to rebuild after one football coach. The 3 hires after Petrino is what we are building off of.
Bert had it going good until his fat drunkenness ran off all the good hires he made. Then that tool Chad set us back, but recruited well.
