Been trying to cut down on the fast food , and after working 12 hours, I certainly don’t wanna cook, not that I cook much anyway, but I’ve been saving money too , instead of spending $12-15 ish bucks a night , a $4 pack of hot dogs last me several days .

I’ll make 2 hot dogs, one with ketchup/mustard and a touch of bbq sauce and cheese melted on it and the other has pepper Jack cheese melted on it and mango habanero sauce from BWW on it. Definitely mix of 2 different flavors so it’s not boring and bland

And I’ve lowered my cholesterol as well after my doc threatened me to improve it or I was going on meds.

Now back to the baseball haha

Exactly why I don’t eat it much. Btw, everything is good on the grill so I will even do chicken (not near as bad for you as sausage) but yeah, while grilling is my favorite thing, I have learned to eat a much more healthy diet and lost weight doing so. Of course, I’m still gonna hit Shapley’s and Mama Hamils now and then.
