I agree with you on most of that except for the part about the Mannings not being as tied to Ole miss as we think. There’s not a family out there that loves ole miss and Oxford more than the Manning family, it’s just they are too good of a family to ever give anything less than 100% support to their kids, grandkids, etc.. in them making their own choices. Obviously I’m biased as are any of the ole miss fans, but can anyone think of a school and family more linked together than Ole Miss and Manning?
