Yeah which is why they need to stick with Napier and hope he can build something. Cycling bad hires isn't good biz.

I don’t think he’s a bad hire. He’s doing exactly what Meyer did when he got there and is changing the culture. It takes more than 2 years to do that. If he’s given 3-4 years, he’ll have them turned around.
