Yep, and look at the example these gals have like Bama's pitching coach Prothro. She's lost 50 lbs and could stand to lose another 50. Many of these fatties can pitch like Bama's Goodman or hit like Bama's Hemphill and Haney. But are so slow they're lucky to not get thrown out at first on a ball hit to the right field wall. Coaches should set the example and demand players stop stuffing their faces and get in shape.

I know we are making fun, which is fine, but some of these girls are athletic. Hemphill is a catcher, and you should try it if you think it isn't an athletic endeavor. I also saw her turn a single into a double yesterday on a routine base hit to the outfield.


Also to the guy who said MLB players couldn't hit softball pitching, you need to settle down a bit. Give them a week and they would demolish softball pitching. You can give these girls a lifetime and they aren't going to hit MLB pitching or even NCAA baseball pitching.
