Sixteen medical students reported on the Dean of Admissions. Why the hell did the students or applicants even have to have any contact with him? Why wouldn't they have dealt with an Admissions Rep?

Absolutely and I actually misread it. I can't believe no one called me out on it. Since the OP used allegations ad plural then listed required attractive female applicants and writing reports, I took it as two separate things. It doesn't actually say that he required applicants to be attractive which is what I was talking about the whole time.
