Again, these are all things that occurred after the requirement was made.

Let me try this route. A guy opens up a business and tells the manager to only hire attractive women. At that point, who has been harassed?

You are carrying the conversation passed simply making a requirement for applicants. No one is going to disagree that eventually it would have led to harassment. But, at the time of my comment, the only info we had as far as this is concerned was simply that he required applicants to be attractive. Had there been more info, I wouldn't have even asked. The way it was laid out made it out to be that the man was being accused of sexual harassment for this one action.
