What he does is attract grade A talent to a D grade conference where that talent gets him a perfect season, every year. His biggest annual competition is FSU and us, so yeah...

So he takes advantage of an easy season, players all healthy, and 2 games left he's spent all season preparing for (deciphering play call signs) because now his talent advantage is a parity. So he sends Skelator out there with 8-9 dudes in the box almost every play, because that's all they know how to do on defense, send their talented front at your QB, and stop the run.

To me, Dabo is just a yet to be exposed Hugh Freeze living in a cult town that wouldn't care even if he was exposed. Biggest difference is, once people realize how Dabo manages to land all that talent, he won't have any tangible coaching abilities for you or anyone else to point to. He wins, but if no one can say why, he's probably much more an opportunist than a great coach.

I disagree completely, he’s already built his name and won national titles, he’ll move to another school and be able to attract kids because of his name and results

The point here was, he already has just about the best talent in the country, let's say his roster is 92-93/100. Well the rest of the ACC averages around 60, the FL schools sniff the 80s on a good year. So even if he goes somewhere else and manages to maintain that 92-93 roster talent, there's no other conference he could go that's as weak as the ACC, and so he may get exposed for not being able to actually coach (think, could he ever do more with less?) If he had an actual schedule to play.

But isn’t that what makes him a top “CEO style” coach?
I mean sure you say Saban has past experience, but does be actually do anything now?
He does exactly what Dabo does, hire top coordinators and analysts

No because he’d still be pulling in the same talent, and would have an even larger budget to do exactly what Saban has done
frick even Orgeron in 2019

I’m sorry but I disagree completely with your assesment of Dabo and I think it’s all just sour grapes

That is the new CFB, CEO style coach and overseeing a large group of coordinators and analysts
And he does a very good job at that

Also this... when is that going to happen?
We’ve been waiting for this for years now. And nothing
