How many power 5 jobs are there? You're telling me there aren't great coaches at smaller schools? Not everyone gets a chance what with the recycling of coaches we see here in the sec. Just bc you arent a big name yet doesnt mean you shouldn't be. The video of the RB coach posted earlier in this thread the guy comes off cool as hell and knowledgeable. Ought to make a fine recruiter with his personality. Kind of like a Tennessee version of Lattimore with his injury. You would've supported a Lattimore hire correct? So why bash this one.
