Which brings me to the next point. Even if Dabo does maintain his talent gap, what the hell is he coaching that makes him great? He wins 1-2 big games a year with usually all his players, that he likely gets to gameplan for all year bc of the ACC schedule. There really aren't a lot of schools he could pick where he could maintain his current roster talent (like anywhere outside the SE) and where that roster talent would be so head and shoulders above the rest of the conference that it really doesn't matter how he coaches.
Obviously Saban doesn't have that problem. He's made his name on an identifiable coaching style, and has even shocked the world by building a team of analysts to evolve his game. Meyer at least made his name as an offensive guru before he made it big. I trust when he moves, he's installing his offensive ideas wherever he goes.
But what is Dabo bringing? Skelator and his 9 man box? His Chad Morris based offense? At best he brings his staff, but what does his staff even know besides how to win against a bunch of highschool talent with an NFL roster?

Idk what he does but he’s won 2 national titles and competed for another 2 in the last 5 years

I disagree completely, he’s already built his name and won national titles, he’ll move to another school and be able to attract kids because of his name and results

As I’ve said, his name, and results
In the last 6 seasons he’s made 6 playoffs, 4 national titles and won 2
Recruits will come to the regardless of where he goes because he’s built that
I get we aren’t supposed to say Clemson is good, but this guy if fricking good and he’s got two rings to show for it. And we only have ourselves to blame because of that
