Messiah? Thats quite the title. Don't know what i said to have you going that far.
Have you read the way you speak of the great one?
For Example:
But I'll give ya my reasoning to support him wholeheartedly. He's our coach.
Young. Energetic.
Cool, that doesn't mean squat. When you cant recruit because no one wants to play under your high school staff. Hows he going to work out exactly sitting in the next Jadeveon Clowneys living room? Ya know right after Dabo, Saban, Orgeron, Kiffen etc just left? "Come to Carolina, I'll hopefully be here your junior year. And your position coach has never put a player in the NFL.
Already loved Carolina.
So did Ray Tanner, want me to cover how thats worked out?
Hungry for the opportunity.
Uhhh yeah, because no other football team on any level of college. Not even the University of Arizona at the Grand Canyon School of Mining and Hair Care Design would have hired him. You get that right, he was on not a single other coaching hire list in the entire globe. Not even a college team in Germany (they have that by the way) wanted him.
He's coached all over the field.
Ok, I'll give you this one. The only positions he hasn't coached are Dline and Qb's.
Put together a solid staff.
I think your definition of solid and my definition of solid are way off.
He isn't likely to bolt if/when he finds success.
100% correct, he's more likely to be fired in 3 seasons when he doesn't.
He's likable and comes across great in interviews.
Cool, so was Obama, maybe we can hire him next.
Worked under legends. Is extremely knowledgeable about recruiting and roster management.
100% agree there
And he chose SC to make his name at.
This one actually made me laugh. Yeah, he shut down offers from LSU, Bama, Clemson and Texas. He def chose us, it wasn't at all our BOT choosing him.
And his name carries some weight already due to his family pedigree.
How'd that work out in his first recruiting class? How'd that work out with coaches bailing and no one of any caliber wanting a 2/3 year job? His Daddy was somebody, lets not make out like they're the Bowdens.
He's done a good job so far and handled the Auburn departures with class and hired pretty good to replace them. We dont have bad coaches. At all.
How else was he supposed to? They bailed because they knew it was a 2/3 year gig. I'm sorry you think we have good coaches and he hired pretty well. Literally know one wanted any of what we hired.
And he has reached out to former players to bring them back into the fold.
In my opinion this was the one thing he'll do right that we've always sucked about.

Goodness youre a lot of fun at parties arent you halfcocked....
I guess let me ask you this. Do you think Dabo is a good HC. As much as we all hate him, do you think he runs a successful program?
because before he took over, "Not even the University of Arizona at the Grand Canyon School of Mining and Hair Care Design would have hired him". He was a little ole WR coach who actually was a decent marketer/manager and it worked out. His schtick is annoying, and worn out, but it works. Dabo's story while rare also proves there isnt much of a formula to hiring coaches, not named Nick Saban. Beamer at least deserves an opportunity to have a few games before people start writing him off.

"I'm sorry you think we have good coaches and he hired pretty well. Literally know one wanted any of what we hired"
And yet they all were employed. Who would you/ COULD You have hired if you were in Beamer's place? Why in your eyes are Beamer and his assistants bad hires? Be specific about each coach since you bash em so as a group. I see a ridiculously talented special teams coach. Good defensive coordinator who has been nominated as a Broyles award guy 3 outta 4 years, running my favorite defense ever at Carolina the 4-2-5. I dont know a lot to judge Satterfield on but havent seen anything to make me dismiss him outright. Good wideout coach and recruiter with Stepp. Good rb coach. Adkins, Good o line coach. Peterson stayed on staff. Kimrey ought to transition well as TE coach. Torrian Gray is pretty decent too huh....If i missed anyone you can remind me in your dismissal of each one
