Had some corn on the cob from the freezer Saturday with a couple of nice ribeye steaks. The corn was picked from our garden last summer and double wrapped in Saran Wrap and frozen. Tasted like fresh from the garden.

SPRING EQUINOX 2021
-March 20, 2021
-the sun directly over the equator
-equal parts day. and equal parts night
-the official beginning of SPring
-aka...time for the first rack of the year
-also found some pink eyes in back of freezer
-and will cook those too in some bacon grease
