"He is in Mobile, Ala. this week for the Senior Bowl. The annual game will be played on Saturday afternoon, but practices are also vital. It sounds like Jones is making quite the impression."

I watched some of the practice today and they were talking about how well he seems to sync up with unfamiliar receivers. He has the same touch on his passes with new receivers as he did with guys he had been throwing to all year.

He is an extremely underrated passer in spite of all of his awards. I’m not saying he is Tom Brady by any means. He’s the greatest of all time but as far as being a heady pocket passer with great accuracy is a very accurate description I think. He has really good mobility within the pocket. But he’s a shitty slider and I would kick him off my baseball team.

I think he can be successful at the next level. As always, especially for a QB, it comes down to going to the right organization.

I said I liked him a lot in October and thought he had great touch.

The NFL is such a crapshoot but he’ll have his chances

Whether Jones does or does not succeed in the NFL, seems to me that all college football fans should appreciate the fact that his willingness to bide his time is a good example for any player. It would also help your team if players were more likely to do this than to transfer for sooner playing time.

I'm actually pretty excited to see where Jones goes and what he'll do at the next level. I've got a ton of respect for him waiting his turn and taking full advantage of the opportunity when he was called. He throws one of the prettier deep balls I've seen in a while and I think he has the intangibles to be around for a bit. I've said it before but I could easily see him have an Alex Smith type career.

Kiper - “Carolina and Matt Rhule are seeing him every step of the way (at the Senior Bowl), and they’re picking at eight. I have him going 15, and I’m not sure he gets to 15 now.”

McShay - “I don’t disagree" “I talked to Matt Rhule for about 15 minutes before practice yesterday. It’s very clear that they want a quarterback. And maybe it will be Mac Jones. It's so clear from these six really good quarterbacks (at the Senior Bowl), that Mac Jones is head and shoulders above the rest."

Mac Jones draft stock "skyrocketing"

Jones would do well in a system like the saints or the packers. Needs to stay away from a bad team though .
