What's A&M's desirability as a baseball school for potential coaches? Truly have no idea. Current talent level? In the SEC, and I'm sure a pretty desirable job security level with that 3rd hire since 1959 comment

The thing about baseball is the limited scholarships and uncertainty of the draft means recruiting is more of a crapshoot than other sports. What is desirable about A&M would be the paycheck, facilities, fan support, etc. but most of the SEC can match us in those things for baseball.
