Need to here more details on this chicken biscuit. Can't say that I've ever seen that, much less anyone order it at WH.

I would agree. On my list of places to get a chicken biscuit, Waffle House would be near dead last. Ahead of only Shoney’s and a vending machine maybe
That being said, if someone is a chicken biscuit junkie maybe Waffle House comes into play for fixes outside of the 6-10am gap

Chicken biscuit related:
I read an article that McDonalds and KFC are coming after Chik-fila. They’re gonna try to copy/improve on the chicken sandwich including the foil wrapper , pickle, etc
There is a war coming

Don't be a waffle house nazi. The old ladies at the south milledge waffle house made many of those biscuits with love for me and they have a special place in my heart.

It's actually really good and I order it when sober even. Seared on the flat top so it is very juicy. The biscuit is buttered and thrown on the blacktop as well. Cheese melted on top. it's fricking good and shouldn't be knocked if you haven't tried it.
It's right behind chick fil a for me.

All-Star, eggs over medium, bacon, has browns covered, diced and peppered. Waffle with chocolate chips that I pass off to a kid. Hold the toast.

Nice.
Next we need to dispatch Litigator to the debut of each new chicken sandwich in the coming war. That S.O.B. loves fried chicken
Popeyes, McDs, KFC all with a iPhone camera. We can maybe even tie commode thoughts into this project

I mean the menu is pretty limited, so.
So breakfast food would be the All Star Special with bacon, grits, and eggs scrambled or over easy. And white toast with lots of jelly—any kind of jelly is fine. A large orange juice, too.
Any time I do order hash browns they have to be scattered, smothered, covered, chunked, and country. Most of the time they forget the country so I have to send it back so they can get it right. I’m from the country so hash browns have to be reflective of my hillbilly roots. I really do love gravy.
For non-breakfast it is going to be a Texas bacon cheesesteak melt plate and naturally a Coke to drink. Like you, my son loves sweet tea. But good luck getting it when you leave the South.
And this thread would make Gus Mal-a-Zahn beam with pride.

Weird thing is since COVID I’ve actually managed to visit KFC more frequently than normal. Maybe it is because there is one so close to the office. But it seems every time you turn around there is another chicken chain coming to town.

Two eggs over medium, raisin toast, sausage, coffee and grits. Always good for breakfast, works for me.
Lunch time is chicken sandwich time and hash browns with onions.

Back in my single days in the '90s, my late night snack was double order hash browns scattered, smothered and covered, and coffee. I put A1 and Heinz 57 on top and spent a couple of hours reading a good book, eating and drinking coffee.

I moved to Metro ATL many decades ago. I am not sure I had ever stopped at a Waffle House before then. I have been a WH regular for a long time. I left Metro ATL several years ago but WHs exist at my new location, so all is well.
I have stopped at WH while traveling and especially in late night hours you see some "characters." Once my son and I were traveling through Kentucky in the small hours of the morning and stopped at a WH in south Kentucky somewhere. The place was slammed, filled up with customers.
Years ago when I was in Graduate School an in-depth case study had been done on WH by the authors of the textbook. WH is a well-run place. A true American success story. They got started in Avondale Estates back in the '50s. Their HQ is in Norcross right off Jimmy Carter Blvd.
If you go into a WH and you see people behind the counter that look like they could be front-office people, they probably are. They require all of the "suits" to work at their stores so often. They don't want them to lose touch with where it happens.
