He's about to sue the shi.t out of an already cash-strapped school. They won't be able to fight it and just settle with him.
Pruitt and his lawyers got a gift-wrapped present at the press conference today when the chancellor herself said they had not found anything showing Pruitt was directly involved.
He'll get at least half of that buyout.

No. He will get all of it. UT has two options. Pay him to keep him quit. Go to court and have to turn their books over. Gonna be cheaper to just pay him.

He’ll get more than that buyout if they truly don’t have any concrete evidence of wrong doing since they publicly attacked his reputation.
I have to believe there’s something there otherwise UT’s AD will collapse entirely.
