Agree and also it allows Saban to make the case to match in order to reward his staff for the Natty etc.You cant blame the staff for what Texas is willing to pay to drive the market up..
That's not factoring guys getting there first HC offers because of this teams success...
You would think Saban expects it by now as its the only way the competition can stop Saban at this point...Also Keep in mind were talking about Charlie Strong and maybe a Sumlin joining the staff as replacements along with Bill..I hate losing Banks more for good special teams coaching because of the two big-time kids Earle and Leary we have coming in..
I am not down playing his recruiting its just in big games special teams is a difference maker...
