Saban has publicly stated that he’s not too pleased with assistants trying to poach half his staff when heading out the door.

I'm sure he isn't but that doesn't mean that Sark is doing anything wrong.

I get that, and think Saban is justified for being pissed, but Sark has a responsibility to build the best staff he can for Texas now. When you're getting paid the type of money he is, not going after the best option because it might piss off your old boss isn't really an option.
