Bama played every SEC team except for South Carolina and Vandy. When a conference plays only conference opponents not all teams can be above .500. Actually half will be above or at .500 and half will be under .500. Bama played 6 SEC teams at or above .500 and 5 under .500. Math pretty much makes this how all SEC schedules ended up.
