Wasn’t there an effort to link the gulf to the Atlantic by digging a ditch or river or something? A guy from Lakeland was telling me about this. It started in Tampa and went east somewhere. That’s the cause of all the red tides or something.

If it wasnt because of red tide...then 2 or 3 golf courses might have been in peril ?

BTW eating dinner and what's on the menu ? Broccoli from Mexico

On the good news side the US Treasury is now flush with cash from Mexico for building the wall and kicking in a share. I think they said to themselves after that announcement " what is that crazy Gringo thinking? "

Stop all the immigrates...but don't be surprised when salads/ smoothies and vegetable sides go up 40% in costs.

And Finch, you didn't answer the question...do you drink tap water from the faucet??? That answers the water quality issue. And I already know the answer, you drink bottled water like all of us. Years ago this would have been impossible to fathom.
