We played like 5 true freshmen in the front 7 against them last year. Pretty sure the same kid at right tackle is the one that Will Anderson beat to sleep in BR last month. Is there really any doubt? I not only think they win, they likely cover the touchdown spread

Does it matter if he wears pads? It didn't appear last year or this year he was too interested in hitting anyone.

If a safety was supposed to be helping, wouldn’t Stingley have outside leverage and try to move Smitty closer to the middle of the field so a safety could make a play on the ball?
What fricking safety did y’all have that was supposed to come over and help your bum on that play?
All of this is why I told you Aranda owned up to it and said he called the wrong thing

Well in stingley's situation no pads may ahve helped him keep up with Smith on some of those plays

I mean dude, just do yourself a favor and watch the game. Tua literally looked perfectly fine the entire game. Your own coach who I’m convinced y’all would die for said as much
Stingley was limping the entire Alabama game and multiple other games this year. It wasn’t just a “nick”
But no I don’t think Stingley owned Smith not at all. But Smith didn’t own Stingley either. Smith got his, great receivers do.
You made a ridiculous claim that Smith had the easiest time against Stingley compared to any other corner. so who’s the one making homer comments?

Well, yes. Yes he did.

This is indeed accurate. I’m sorry if he wasn’t 100%. It’s December football, nobody is. If that’s the case, then he got owned while he was hurt, not “doesn’t count as getting owned because he was hurt.” You’re acting like the catches, yards, and touchdowns don’t count because a 100% Stingley didn’t have the perfect playcall on every snap. That’s not how it works

He made 4 catches in 2019
Where the hell did he “own” Stingley?

His 4 catches on Stingley went for about 180 yards and two touchdowns. You tell me bruh

So to be clear, you are counting a play where Stingley’s coach got his attention and distracted him, as Smith “owning” Stingley?
Alright. I guess you’re the only fan in history that couldn’t see that play was a fluke.
Oh and it was half of his yards in that game

Do better.
I trust coach O to hire the best.

Give it up. Stingley has more no-hitters than Nolan Ryan. His heart really isn't into the violent side of the game.
Next season, he'll "tweak his hamstring" in fall practice, pull the patented LSU duck out on his teammates maneuver y'all are so familiar with, and we'll have a steady procession of Rantards fondling the kid's balls on here telling us it was the right decision. As inevitable as a Democratic tax increase.

Our coaches were giving new instructions I guess because Tua gave a hard count of sorts and then audibled a change (I’m guessing, couldn’t hear it on the tv)
Then Tua snapped the ball way faster than we expected I guess. Trust me we were fricking mad about it too at the time
We thought the same

I love this set of excuses.
Hey genius, the entire world saw the entire game as a giant fluke. You couldn't have been luckier.

Seems like the 2019 play where Stingley was looking towards the sideline was an illegal formation in that the offense was not set before the snap

I thought that it was a false start live but it was just a minor twitch. Would have been really rough for the refs to call that one
