So this will be the second time he has hired an OC? Seems like more.

He hired Matt Canada and then promoted Steve Ensminger. Jake Peetz will be his second hire at OC.
Dave Aranda was already in staff and he replaced him with Bo Pelini. Marcus Freeman will be his second DC hire.
