just goes to show that money doesn't solve everything. sure it helps, but usually, selfishness by one spouse is the main cause (this can lead to infidelity, discontentment, neglect, resentment, etc.)

Money solves some problems, but creates others. I'd much rather have money than not, but it doesn't bring happiness or contentment on its own. Everyone has to find that on their own.

Well and marriage is work as it is. I can't imagine making a marriage work as a higher-profile coach is easy. You're always on the road either during the season or recruiting. Lots of late nights when you are at home. I could see where that could get really lonely, really quick on either end of it. I think it's easy to judge from outside of that lense but there's no telling what their lives were like behind closed doors either.
Hopefully they can hash it out in as civil a manner as possible for themselves and their kids.
As far as Stoops himself, what he does in his personal life (as long as its between consenting adults obviously) is his business.
