I’m sorry, but any bowl game outside the playoff is a participation trophy. It’s college footballs fault for putting the players in this position just too make another payday for TV and colleges. College football is the only sport that does this crap.
It’s ok to lose, everyone is NOT a winner.
- If Tom Brady doesn’t make the playoff, the NFL doesn’t put him in a worthless skittles bowl for some 8 cent trophy. Tom Brady takes his arse home and tries again next year.
- If LeBron doesn’t make the nba playoffs, the NBA doesn’t put him in a worthless chef boy r dee bowl for some 8 cent trophy. LeBron takes his arse home and tries again next year.
If you aren’t Alabama, Notre Dame, Clemson, or Ohio State right now, you failed. It’s over. Don’t stoop down and play at the M&M bowl for a participation trophy. Take your arse home and try again next year.
