Notre Dame will try and play Bama ball (the early Saban years version). I think they will have success, at least early on. Inside linebacker play is atrocious this year, and Moses shies away from contact. Not a good combo.

Alabama will beat Notre Dame. The bigger problem comes with playing the next game, which will require Bama to be perfect against Clemson, if they beat Ohio State. If the offense isn't perfect, Bama loses, because a Golding defense isn't championship-level. It is what it is at this point. I don't see another outcome other than Golding playing a large role in Bama losing two titles in three years, which featured two of the most productive offenses in the program's history.

College football has changed, but Golding is not the answer for Alabama. Three years is long enough. The coordinator position at this point under Saban shouldn't be a learning experience.

I am fully prepared to see at least one blitz from the nosebleed section in the next two games. Would be sad, but on point.
