Give the ball back to the offense where possession was lost.
Example: player gets hit at the 3 yard line and fumbles the ball out of bounds in the end zone.
Offense retains possession at the 3 yard line.

If no one recovers, ball should go to the spot of the fumble like every other forward fumble that goes out of bounds.
