50% is a high estimate, but it would absolutely eliminate some empty passing stats and help a bit with balance. It's a great idea.

Would make the game worth watching again. Boring hearing about 10 records getting shattered each game. X player passed for 2,000 yards in todays game breaking yet another record! How is that fun?
