The first part of that is easy. Saban is tGOAT. It's a near certainty that LSU's last 2 decades would look like Alabama's last 14 years.

As far as what would have happened at Alabama? It's simply impossible to say. Maybe Dabo gets the call a few years ago? I'd say odds are very high though that the last 14 would look more like LSU's last 14 than Tennessee's.

I agree with you.

My point is that Alabama doesn't have some unique advantage just because they're Alabama.

If Saban and Bryant never come to Alabama, they're likely just another elite program as opposed to the juggernaut they are today.

I think the Alabama job will be clearly desirable and I dont think Alabama will start having losing seasons, but to not expect much more parity in the SEC after Saban leaves is kind of ridiculous.
