I'm pretty sure that the biggest issue with Sumlin was we owed him the entire buyout within 30 days.

As to the answer it isn't Sumlin, because he helped put the facilities and infrastructure in place that landed us Fisher. Franchione is the worst mistake in A&M history. RC was on the brink of something with McNeal before we let him go for the fraud
