Florida will be starting Emory Jones and running a more traditional Mullen power-spread.
Emory is already a more developed passer than any QB Mullen had at MSU besides Dak, but it would be huge to keep Brian Johnson for another offseason to aid in his continued development.
Emory has been in the system for 3 years and been on the field, but we really don't know what his deep ball looks like or how much his accuracy has improved, and we haven't seen him run any option plays just QB power. Its gonna be interesting for sure.
The only QB on the 2021 roster who could possibly replicate what Trask is doing is Jon Kitna's kid who just signed yesterday and even then is probably 2-3 years from ever seeing the field. AR15 was tailor-made for the Mullen offense and should be a force in 2022 and 2023.
