With knowing how LSU's secondary is struggling I think Moore could have had a record game which could have given him a huge jump in the draft.
Does a player opting out have an adverse effect on their draft stock? Do teams look at this and see that they "quit" on their team before the season is done?

I've looked at a couple of mock drafts and no one has had him going in the first round.
I never understood the ones who agree with opting out due to the risk of injury factor. If that was the case then why play at all during the season. An injury could happen in any game during the year. Hell, he could have injured himself during the eggbowl. I've also heard of players injuring themselves during the combine or workouts leading up to it. Just finish what you started.
