Hahaha that’s good. And to not derail the thread. Only a fool would not copy Saban.
The only thing is Sabans personality is different than Kirby’s. I don’t think Kirby is as a good of a CEO as Saban. Managing roster, coaching turnover, boosters, organizational skills. But the man can get 16-18 yo’s- that’s for sure.

Of course he isn't. Kirby is in his 5th year as a head coach. Saban is in what....his 15th?
