No death penalty - definitely LOIC.
The NCAA can’t continue to seem weak when it comes to Title IX issues if it wants to survive in the modern era. They know this, and LSU will probably be their precedent-setting case where they leverage it in a LOIC charge and decision, rather than use it directly as an infraction.
