Without HC experience he is setup pretty well to have seen everything good and bad to be a head coach.
We're not morons buddy. We know his resume, especially here. If you're point is so valid. Why are we literally the only fricking football team in American that interviewed him for a HC job in the last 5 years.

I’m going to be optimistic. When muschamp was hired I bitched and complained for years. Him keeping Connor Shaw on staff is big for culture.
