chew them out in the locker room because they aren't cheering enough "like we do in soccer."

Did this actually happen?

Also, maybe they should listen to her if it did. Vanderbilt's women's soccer team just won the SEC title and beat the #1, #2 and #3 seeds to do it. Sounds like she could teach them how to pick themselves up and move forward.

Yes. She said on a podcast she yelled at them because nobody was “cheering when we got a first down”.

You know you can just admit this whole thing is a publicity stunt right?

It did, and you can't be serious. These guys have been together for years in some cases, going through seasons, weights in the summer, spring ball, eating together traveling together and enduring this 0-7 season together. Then this entitled bitch shows up on day one and has that audacity to call them out??? You really think they shouldn't be upset by this?

You don't come in your first day playing football and yell at the dudes who've been getting their arse kicked all year for not cheering like your soccer team does.

Especially when you can't even kickoff right.

Just not a good look.

You don't join a team at the tail end of the season, 3 days before a game, and do that. If it was a male player who did something like that, it would not be received well by anyone. She hasn't gone through the grind of the season and years of football with the team. Everyone on the team knows she's there for publicity, and deep down in her heart she know it too. She needs to stay in her lane.

You do know that in softball all the players crowd around the fence and clap their hands and do chants that rhyme, right? Do you want to see that in SEC football, too?

My brothers 16u team would beat them by 7. This chick has no business telling SEC men athletes how to prepare and cheer. It’s okay that men and women are different. I wouldn’t expect these football players to go to a miss America pageant and tell a bunch of women how to prepare either.
