Yes, experience matters. Track record is usually a fair indicator future performance. The situation you take over matters too. I think Jimbo’s process of more repeatable and likely to continue. O seems more like lightning in a bottle with Burrows and Brady.

I mean if we're going off of track record, Fisher rode a Heisman QB to a title then turned FSU into a shitstorm.

As for Burrow and Brady, they werent just some big name hired guns. No one even wanted Burrow besides Cincinnati and Brady was a low level Saints assistant with no offensive coaching experience, I dont see how thats any different than what anyone else does.
