It’s a pretty substantial decision.
I’m very surprised.

Michigan would cancel just to keep Ohio State out.

That’s not true. Both of them would have to cancel

They have the Big Ten to blame.

Hypothetically, what’s to stop the B1G from changing its rules?

Lol the Big 10 fricked up.

A&M may actually get in. Just don’t throw up on yourself and win out and A&M will get another shot at Bama unless Florida beats Bama and Clemson beats Notre Dame

michigan should intentionally get a covid outbreak to frick up osu's season and cost them a playoff spot.

UM's season is over anyway so what is there to lose?

letting OSU get a chance to win it all would just cause even more elite recruits to go to osu, so UM needs to be thinking long term.

You don’t need to win or even be in a championship game to make the playoffs

See Alabama. Ohio state is getting in. Because there isn’t anyone else

Literally the ONLY way Michigan would have a prayer of affecting Ohio State's season.

I bet the Buckeye boards are in meltdown mode right about now. Just the possibility of not being eligible probably has them freaking out.

Not really. This is one of the more pathetic years in recent history.

Especially if Ohio State, who’s the most talented team in the county, has to sit out due to a technicality.

This should literally be called the asterisk year
