I was honestly surprised how much better that part of the city was looking last time I was in town visiting family. Whatever you guys are doing, keep it up.

I've heard of stories like this but the reality is the so-called "dregs" of society are pushed into another part of the county, etc. Until the roots of generational poverty and blight is addressed, it will still exist.
