Can't blame the guy. What running back would want to play for a guy whose only run play is a draw play and can't stay on topic and doesn't have an explanation for why. Mike Leach is the B mofo that has opted out of learning and adapting an offense and is getting paid millions of dollars to do nothing.

The NFL is moving to Air RAID concepts. Mike Leach is respected by every coach in the NFL. If you’re telling me that Hill wouldn’t improve his draft stock by learning his system, you’re wrong. He quit because he didn’t want to learn how to pass block. There is no place in the NFL for a RB that is too proud to protect his quarterback. That kid just cost himself millions.

What was Air Coryell running all those years with the Chargers? What offensive system was Dan Marino in for so over a decade? Nothing new under the sun.

The problem I see is that Leach's offensive system has little respect for some semblance of a running game. Take that concept to the NFL and someone's QB is going to be in a body bag by the second quarter.

I told someone earlier today that with his twitter garbage about quitting over the state flag to pissing off teammates and now quitting 5 games into the season, NFL teams are probably not going to gamble on him early.

He will NOT be a first round pick and he is costing himself MILLIONS of dollars.
