Hill won’t be a first round pick. His draft report from last year was 6th to Undrafted which is why he came back. His knock is pass protection and breakaway speed. He can prove the latter without playing at the combine.

Hill would’ve lead MSU in receptions this year if he played the full year. He is hands down their best offensive player and it’s not even close.
