I can't imagine them putting forth the effort of moving forward with the infractions case
quote:i have no idea. lsu might get hammered. or a slap on the wrist. or nothing. the ncaa is completely unpredictable and inconsistent. but as of right now, there's nothing. just some rumors and a recording of wade saying something that doesn't even raise an eyebrow in the cbb world. acting all concerntroll with this stupid op is just a waste of time and is pathetic wishcasting. it's like you have no life and just live for lsu to go down. honestly, you should be embarrassed. it makes you look like a loser
What do you think is going to happen to LSU basketball?

LSU will absolutely get hammered. If you believe anything else, you’re lying to yourself.

This is utter nonsense. We’re talking about the actual head coach discussing the offers he’s made. Not a booster while the coaching staff turns a blind eye, not an AAU runner. The head coach. And instead of admitting wrongdoing, he dug his heels in. If you think that will end anything other than badly, you need to step away from the computer. There’s a lot more than some “raised eyebrows” regarding this shite show.

Reportedly the actual basketball infractions under investigation are:
quote:
At the heart of the NCAA’s inquiry into the university is another sport entirely. The men’s basketball team and coach Will Wade have been in its crosshairs since opening a probe in September 2018. A July letter from NCAA vice president of enforcement Jon Duncan to the Committee on Infractions said his staff received information that “Mr. Wade arranged for, offered and/or provided impermissible payments, including cash payments, to at least 11 men's basketball prospective student-athletes, their family members, individuals associated with the prospects and/or non-scholastic coaches in exchange for the prospects' enrollment at LSU.” SI also has received similar information regarding at least one recruit.
