The same way they did when we had 100 on the side line and people complained.

Division II schools manage with 36 full scholarships.

FCS manages with 63 full scholarships.


History... 1973, the NCAA stopped the hoarding of players by placing a 105 limit on colleges. In 1978, reduced to 95 and in 1992 reduced to 85.
