but without the players he might as well be coaching a high school team

The same high school team that kept your Sugar Bowl Champion Dawgs out of the endzone in your own stadium?

If you knew anything you know that the majority of the states best players actually go to Clemson.. a huge chunk of our team is from FL.
Oh and J.Brinkley.. you know the guy who had the game winning INT vs UGA in '07.. is a Georgia man.

Seriously though, it isn't like a single Clemson fan living in South Carolina said "yes" to the poll question.

Adiossuck, maybe I should have worded my comment more carefully. I didn't consider the enormous level of sensitivity for the posters on here. SC has had our number on and off for the past 10 or 12 years. I wasn't calling the SC players hs caliber, I meant Spurrier might as well be coaching at one of the local high schools since he's not getting "Spurrier quality" players at SC to his liking.

Yes, I'm well aware of the number of players from Georgia that have played at SC, Clemson, UT, Auburn, Bama, FSU, UF, Miami, etc. The state of Georgia, last I checked, was roughly tied for fourth with PA behind FL, CA and TX for producing college ready football players.
