That's what you are bitching about? Down by 2 scores going into the 4th quarter and we pass, run, pass and give the ball back?

The reality is that we should bitch about our defense not getting us the ball back. Bama held the ball 11:21 in the 4th quarter alone.

Down by 3 scores in the 4th quarter, anyone bitching about 6 passes is a sheeple. I absolutely dont budge on that remark. If you own it, wear it.

I NEVER bitched about the game. I merely stated we had to give up the run game and throw the ball after going down two scores in the third quarter. YOU are the one that claimed I was bitching. By the fourth quarter we HAD to throw the ball to try to catch up quickly. A fast TD early in the fourth and we could have run the ball more, eat the clock and maybe score a TD or a FG to tie the game.
I can't see how we could have done anything different in the fourth quarter than what we did, except complete a few more passes.
Personally, I think Pickens is not running great routes and that's why he isn't getting more throws.

Anyone who complains about getting away from the run doesnt understand that no one gets enough snaps when you dont get first downs.

Do you understand that in your scenario, we ran 3 plays and started the drive 1st and 15? Pass run pass.
You cant get away from any playcalling if you are only running 3 plays.

And as for the 3rd down call, we are not built to run consistently on SEC teams in third down. We converted one the entire game against Bama on the ground (3rd and 1). We are 9/24 converting third downs on the ground this season. We are 2/12 when the third down is longer than 3 yards (both of those conversions were Stetson scrambles).

We lead the SEC in third down conversions through the air (19 total).
16 for 38 passing when needing more than 3 yards.
