Seems they should have gotten a ruling before they spent all the money to do this. Can you imagine, lawyer fees, moving costs, apartment costs, then denied.
I do think the hypocrisy of all this is they still let private schools recruit and the players play even after being poached from public schools. IMG, Mater Dei, Bishop Gorman, Brentwood Academy etc... All just pick and choose whi they want. IMGs qb moved down from Illinois for the same reason as Garcia.

They already had a ruling in their favor after the move though.

None of those are in Ga and if you transfer to a private school you have to play jv for a year unless you've physically moved somewhere closer. And IMG doesn't play in the FHSA so they can be eligible immediately.
