Ok??? Let's take Louisiana for example. New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and Shreveport (where almost all the bad statistics come from) are, and have been, Democrat forever. Louisiana has had a Democrat Governor 50%+ over the past 50 years or so.
So....... let's not make the extremely ignorant statement that problems in this state are because of republican issues.

But you do realize that the state legislature has been republican controlled for over a decade
