My thoughts only... I can't consider someone who was only there two years as being able to leave a 'legacy'. I guess my definition of the word entails more.
Moncrief? Legacy.
Joe? One great year, otherwise - not so much.

My definition of a legacy is someone has been involved with big moments in history. The triplets, Joe Klein, Lee, Mayberry, Miller, Corliss and Scotty.
These players will always be remembered for being involved in big games, not stats which are meant to be broken.
Joe is a good player but he won't remembered for being involved with great moments in razorback history. Like many good players, they come and go and some are remembered more than others.
He had a chance to stick around and make a true legacy by getting Arkansas back to the sweet sixteen in over 20 years. But that isn't going to happen and I have a feeling he might regret that decision later in life.
